Butare Saturday night 13 September.

Saturday is always our Holy Spirit day.

I always say that God gave this wonderful promise. He wants to give it to you, and all we have to do is come to receive what he promised. Not beg God for what He has already promised. Then to illustrate this point I promise the first child that believes and comes 1000 Franks. I had two 500 notes carefully prepared in my pocket folded together. I then made the promise – a sharp little boy jumped up immediately and ran up the stairs onto the stage to receive what I had promised. I handed him the two folded 500-franc notes. He looked at me and said, “You promised 1,000 this is only 500!” I used this opportunity immediately. The young boy knew exactly what was promised and was not willing to go home without all that I had promised. When we come to Jesus we must receive all he promised, don’t be satisfied to go home with half! The crowd caught the point and many received the baptism into the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. Saturday was a day of Salvation, a day of The FIRE of God, and a day of healing. A young lady who had suffered with severe pain and was hardly able to walk jumped and praised God on the stage. We then went on to the university campus and preached a powerful salvation and commitment message to over 600 students that had gathered.

Today is our final meeting in the stadium. We have the Campus again this morning and a church in the city. Please pray with us for a day of harvest. Also for Gods protection as we travel immediately after the final service.
